Australia Day is next Saturday the 26th of January. Our school has started a sister school project with a school in Melbourne, Hampton Primary School, and we are going to celebrate this day next week (21-25th January). We have worked very hard around this topic in English and Spanish and we have also organized lot of activities for the Australia week. Our students are learning different aspects about this continent, animals, aboriginal Art, sports and how to play a didgeridoo. We are very excited about it!!
El próximo Sábado 26 de Enero es el día de Australia. Nuestro centro está hermanado con un colegio en Melbourne, Hampton Primary School, y vamos a celebrar este día durante la semana del 21 al 25 de Enero.
Se han realizado muchos trabajos sobre este tema tanto en español como en inglés y se han organizado varias actividades para esa semana. Nuestros alumnos están aprendiendo diferentes aspectos de este continente, así como sus peculiares animales o el arte aborigen. Además, deportes en Australia e instrumentos como el didgeridoo.
